UNWIND
The UNWIND is HYP’s staple event. Held on the second Thursday of each month, the UNWIND provides young professionals the opportunity to kick-back, relax and network in a social environment. UNWIND also offers community-oriented opportunities such as the ‘Power of One’ initiative which helps support Community Action House through donations. This event is a must for all professionals.
Inside HYP
Several times each year HYP members get to go behind the scenes with a tour of a local business or non-profit, typically over the lunch hour. We've visited Holland Litho, Boys and Girls Club, Gentex, Holland Police Department, Hudsonville Ice Cream, Kandu, and many others.
Annual Dinner
Each year the HYP Annual Dinner features conversation and in intimate opportunity to connect with and hear from entrepreneurs and leaders in our community.
HYP Cup Mini-Golf Tournament Fundraiser
Our annual fundraiser is an excellent and fun way to get involved and support the HYP Donor Advised Fund with the Holland/Zeeland Community Foundation. All money goes to the HYP Fund which allows HYP to make donations to local organizations. Each year, we mini-golf indoors on homemade courses presented by our sponsors.

Breakfast of Champions
Breakfast of Champions is a professional networking opportunity and a great way to start your day! Each quarter we meet at Alpen Rose in Holland at 7:30am where we will host a different leader from the community to join us for breakfast and a discussion. It’s a great opportunity to get to know an individual who makes an impact on our community and network with like minded professionals.
Summer Sports
Join us on select nights during the summer months for a spontaneous/drop-in format gered for both the experienced and inexperienced alike. No cost to participate and sports include volleyball, ultimate frisbee, and more.
HYP Leadership Holland Scholarship
Leadership Holland is a year long program designed to identify potential leaders and develop within these individuals the knowledge, skills and vision necessary to enable them to actively participate in the enhancement of the quality of life in the greater Holland community. For one day a month you’ll join with fellow leaders-in training to learn in-depth and hands-on about vital aspects of the community. Each year HYP offers professionals between 21-35, that actively attend HYP events, a scholarship to participate in Leadership Holland.
